Our Fall 2016 issue of "Generations" is now available. It has several interesting articles as well as our Book Nook, Historical Tidbits and Bon Appetit. By the way, I have eaten those jelly rolls a number of times at my grandmother's and they are really tasty.
Art Guidry and I had a very interesting year and a half delving into his genealogical tree. At times it was frustrating and we thought we had hit a dead-end, but using a lot of persistence and an interesting technique, we broke through and discovered his entire North American Guidry line. Read about how we "proofed" his genealogical line in this issue.
We are trying something a bit different with this newsletter. Instead of attaching the newsletter to this email, I am sending out a link to the newsletter on our Guidry-Labine Family Website. An added bonus is you'll be able to read any other of our earlier newsletters that you wish.
