John Louis Jeddry III

John Louis Jeddry III for his outstanding career in competitive bass fishing and for his unselfish efforts to encourage youth and others to enjoy the sport. Born in 1960 in Baltimore, MD, John Louis Jeddry III is the son of John Jeddry Jr. and Ann 'Nancy' Scheuerman Jeddry. John works in information technology; however, his passion and avocation is competitive bass fishing. John competes in Bassmaster tournaments through the BASS Nation Series where he consistently finishes well in the standings in the eastern U. S. tournaments with several first and second place finishes. He has been selected to the Maryland BASS Nation State Team in 2012 and 2015-2017 and was Maryland Mr. Bass in 2011 and a state qualifier in 2012, 2014 and 2021. In 2022 John was the Maryland State Qualifying Trail (SQT) Angler of the Year. John also competes with his local Team Outcast where he serves as Captain and Tournament Director. Team Outcast members work to help each other become better competitive fishermen and to encourage youth to enjoy the sport. John' s son Liam Jeddry is a Team Outcast junior member and placed second in 2022 in the Maryland BASS Nation Youth Championship. John strives to not only improve his competitive fishing, but help others, including youth, improve their skills and enjoy the sport. John and his wife Pam Strickland Jeddry live in the Baltimore area with their children.
