Nathalie Geddry

From Portuguese Cove, Nova Scotia Nathalie Geddry has had a distinguished career in the entertainment and broadcasting industries She began singing semi-professionally in 2003 and in July of that year her fellow Nova Scotians selected her as the best contemporary Acadian singer in the province. Shortly afterwards, she was a finalist in a strong competition of Acadian musicians from throughout the Maritime provinces. Her inaugural CD "Liberté" received many accolades. Fluent in both Acadian French and English, Nathalie joined Radio-Canada in 2007. As her broadcasting career progressed, she has held many exciting positions at Radio-Canada including host and producer of the program "Ça se passe ici" and cultural reporter for "Le Réveil" among others. Reporting for Radio-Canada, Nathalie frequently brings to her listeners interesting and informative broadcasts about Acadian history and culture.
